• The place is located 1.5 km from Nagaon beach.
• The villa has 4 rooms with One huge living room & one ac bedroom with king size bed on the grd floor and First floor has 2 rooms - 2 ac bedrooms ( 1 king size bed in each room)
• We do not provide room service.
• We have designated dining areas. Dining inside the bedrooms is not permitted. All meals/ snacks/ tea n coffee to be served by our caretaker in the dining area. We have provided comfortable dining tables and chairs only in the dining areas.
• Villa is completely in private property and the guests have access to the terrace.
• We have caretakers staying in the outhouse to assist the guests in case of any emergency.
• Cleaning of rooms will be done by our house keeping staff during 10 am to 1 pm.
• We serve u with home-made local cuisines (veg n non veg both) as per order. The food is cooked freshly only for guests staying at the villa in our own kitchen. Outside cooked food/meals is not permitted inside the villa.
• We provide you with clean linens and basic bath accessories.
• The villa has CCTV surveillance to take care of the security.
